Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

Becoming: Daily Wins Tracker ("Becoming," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a personal daily wins and reflection application provided by J Y.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Becoming.

1. Information We Collect

Becoming does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in.

The current version of Becoming does not require you to provide personal information such as:

Becoming allows you to create and store personal content, including:

This content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to or stored on servers operated by us.

2. Local Storage

Becoming is currently designed as a local-first application.

Your Daily Wins, reflections, and Vision Board content are stored locally on your device.

The current version of Becoming does not operate a backend or cloud storage service for your personal content.

We do not receive or have access to the personal content you create within the App.

The App may process your content locally on your device to provide features such as statistics, summaries, visualizations, trends, or other in-app insights.

3. Photos and Vision Board

Becoming allows you to create a Vision Board using up to three images.

If you choose to add an image, the App may request permission to access your photo library. Only the photos you choose to add to your Vision Board are used by the App.

Selected images are copied and stored in the App's local storage on your device.

Your Vision Board images are not uploaded to our servers, sent to analytics services, or shared with third parties by us.

You can manage the App's access to your photo library through your device settings.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current version of Becoming does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or advertising identifiers.

We do not use your personal content for targeted advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not currently use third-party tracking technologies to monitor your activity across apps or websites.

5. Third-Party Services

The current version of Becoming does not use third-party services to store your Daily Wins, reflections, or Vision Board images.

The App does not currently use:

If we introduce third-party services in the future that process personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy as required.

6. Feedback and Contact

Becoming provides an optional "Send Feedback" feature.

If you choose to contact us by email, your device's email application may open a new email addressed to:

innatebeauty25@gmail.com

If you voluntarily send us an email, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

We use this information only to respond to your feedback, questions, support requests, or other communications.

We do not require you to provide your email address in order to use Becoming.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Because your personal content is currently stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers, we do not have access to your Daily Wins, reflections, or Vision Board images.

Information you voluntarily send to us through email may be processed by your email service provider as part of delivering your message.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Becoming content remains on your device until you delete it through the App, remove the App, or otherwise delete the relevant App data from your device.

You can delete individual Daily Wins and Vision Board images within the App.

You can also use the "Delete All Data" feature in Settings to permanently delete the locally stored Becoming data associated with the App, including your Daily Wins and Vision Board images.

Because we do not currently store your personal App content on our servers, we generally cannot access, retrieve, or remotely delete content stored only on your device.

If you voluntarily contact us by email, we may retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

9. Data Security

Because your personal Becoming content is stored locally on your device, the security of that content depends in part on the security of your device.

We recommend using appropriate device security features, such as a passcode, Face ID, or other security protections provided by your device.

We take reasonable measures to protect information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as information contained in support emails.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information that we hold about you, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

Because Becoming currently stores your personal App content locally on your device and does not maintain an account or server-side database containing that content, most of your personal content can be managed directly within the App.

If you voluntarily contact us by email, you may contact us at the address below regarding personal information contained in your correspondence.

11. European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, applicable data protection laws may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information.

These may include, where applicable, the right to:

Where applicable law establishes a higher minimum age or requires parental consent, those requirements will apply.

14. International Data Transfers

The current version of Becoming does not transfer your personal App content to our servers or operate a cloud storage service for your App content.

If you voluntarily contact us by email, your email may be processed by email service providers that operate in countries other than your country of residence.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international data transfers, we will use appropriate legally recognized safeguards.

15. Future Changes to Becoming

Becoming is currently provided as a free MVP.

As the App develops, we may introduce additional features, which may include optional paid features, subscriptions, cloud synchronization, additional storage, or other services.

If our data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
